Beat builds on 40 years of sector experience in the national and international real estate business.

He is a Partner with KPMG Advisory, Switzerland and focuses on real estate related transactions, on strategic and organizational consulting, process management and project marketing. Beat has been a frontrunner in the field of digital transformation in the real estate industry.

Beat Seger is KPMG Switzerland’s Chief Digital Officer (CDO) and has made key contributions to building an organization-wide digital ecosystem. This included the introduction of a guiding digital business framework and establishing innovation platforms, processes, resources, and tools. Beat also played a key role in establishing the company’s Center of Excellence for Artificial Intelligence.

Beat holds a diploma UZH MAS Real Estate. He has been certified as Business Excellence assessor, was a member and assessor of the Royal institution of chartered surveyors (RICS). He is a member of the education council for SIREA as well as of the Swiss Association of Real Estate Appraisers (SIV). He also served as vice chair of the SIA Expert Council for Digital Transformation.
