Turn around management and further development of a German brokerage network with more than 80 affiliated offices.

Continuous development of the system and services includes sales, training and consulting, publications, product launch and implementation (e.g. mortgage and insurance solutions), development of partnerships and quality management. The Swiss network was the first of its kind in Europe to be certified according to ISO 9000:2001 standard.
