Managing Partner of a Real Estate Master Franchise

Create, develop and manage a franchise network of residential real estate brokerage and services companies. 65 affiliated offices in all linguistic areas in Switzerland have joined. Turn around management and further development of a German brokerage network with more than 80 affiliated offices.

Implementation of a new brand. Constant development of the system and services includes sales, education and consulting, publications, product implementation (e.g. mortgage and insurance solutions), development of partnerships and quality management. The Swiss network was certified, as the first of its kind in Europe, according to standards ISO 9000:2001.

Co-owner and manager of a group of companies

Responsibilities include the import and manufacturing of construction material and building equipment as well as the co-management of construction companies. Development of a property management division for Switzerland and Germany. Installation and management of a multinational sales and brokerage division. Realization of and investment in real estate developments in Switzerland, Germany, Czech Republic. Responsibilities cover the whole development chain from land acquisition, through planning and design to project supervision, construction, marketing and management of sales force. Typical entrepreneurial activities during this period.
