He is a Partner with KPMG Advisory, Switzerland and focuses on real estate related transactions, on strategic and organizational consulting, process management and project marketing. Beat is a frontrunner in the field of digital transformation in the real estate industry.

Beat Seger has been Chief Digital Officer (CDO) for KPMG Switzerland since 2019.

Beat holds a diploma UZH MAS Real Estate. He has been certified as Business Excellence assessor, was a member of the Royal institution of chartered surveyors (RICS) and is a member of the education council for SIREA as well as of the Swiss Association of Real Estate Appraisers (SIV) and of the sia council of experts on digital transformation.
